Any Out of Game Tactical Resolution?

This game looks interesting.
Is there a provision for "out of game" tactical resolution, as with Empires in Arms and Campaigns on the Danube?
(By out of game, I mean do you have the option to manually enter the results of a battle into the game to facilitate resolution of a battle using miniatures.)
