Ultimate anti Sir Robin feature/bug

Inclosing 2 files. 1 Before and 1 after fall of Singapore.
Certain troops vanish from the map that had been evacuated from Singapore. Ask in PM if u need more info please, as its from a PBEM game.
Most likely tied into that fragments left in Singapore at time of surrender or possible that along with recombines of evacuated fragments.
