I am having problems forming TF in Pearl Harbour because my PPs in Pearl are - 30000 while i have an extra PP everywhere else. It started after i clicked the button change all ships to the same HQ. This is a personal mod where the allies receive 1000 PP daily. All other theaters and ports have a surplus of PPs. Is there a fix ?

PPs are assigned universally, not on a base by base basis.  Changing the HQ of a ship shouldn't cost any PPs, it's only used for organizational purposes when viewing ships (changing HQs for everything else do cost PPs).

Well I am having problems choosing TF commanders for my ships out of PH. I get only a choice of 2 ship captains when i try to change tf commanders in pearl. 

What type of TF?

                  All kinds of task forces and to make an update from all ports.
