I am wondering about the values for unit upgrades and training for PBEM games. I found info for quick battles relating to upgrades, but not instant battles-which I assume is what is used for PBEM. Is that information available someplace?

Instant battles are merely quick battles with auto placement and then resolved without watching the outcome.

I don't see a description in the modders guide as to what effects upgrades have on unit performance in Quick/Instant combat, only the effects of special abilities.
