Is there a way to adjust the point allowances for the campaign generator? For example, I want to run a small campaign, say 1,000 to 2,000 points. Also, can this be done with the "Long Campaign"?

Sure, before you start the campaign, go to the preference screen and under Player Preference adjust "Battle Points" to a value you want to use for these 2 Campaigns, others can actually be edited within the individual battles for each campaign via the campaign editor.
