2 vs 2 GPW

CCR and I are looking for a 2 opponents for a 2 vs 2 GPW game. We play 2 vs 2 to make it less time consuming for each player.

Scenario setup:
- GPW v6a
- 10% production bonus for Germany.
- engineers are not allowed to build additional roads
- Limit on tech advances: 1941: German tech2. 1942: Soviet tech2
German tech3. 1943: Soviet tech3 German tech3. 1944 Soviet tech4 German
tech4.
- We play 2 vs 2 with shared passwords on each side. That way you can save the game, forward it to your fellow commander.
This adds the flavor of discussing tactics, directing reinforcements and supply for offensives. Another benefit is that if one player is on leave, the other takes his hq(s) so they game doesnt stall for too long.

The following airrules are up for discussion, but we will have some airrules that solve the massive overstacking of fighters in GPW.
1) Air basing: No more than 5 FTR's at a single base, and 5 bombers at any base.
2) Air mission limit: No more than 15 FTR's and 10 bombers can fly on a single attack mission.
3) Air build cap: No more than 75 FTR's can exist on either German
or Soviet side. No more than 50 bombers can exist on either side also.
In 1943 the Soviet limit increases to 100 FTR's. If you find yourself
over the limit at start you can't build any more of the type until you
have losses that put you below the threshold.

We are looking for skilled GPW players and above all reliable: With that we mean: don't quit, tell your other players if you are away for a while, post about turn/game status and don't abuse the available save option!

turn back to Sovs - AGN still reeling from that airfield getting overrun - the offending divisions were eliminated but the damage was done!
