Information Display Issue

v 1084, Campaign Game, 8/27/43
This only happens when I attempt to change a TF Leader:
I believe that it is only a display issue, because it is repeatable, with different results, but, it is not displaying all available TF Leaders.

You got yourself one hell of a lot of political points there, fella.
One working field only goes to 32k and you blew right through it.
