Carrier Squadron changes

Hi all, was just currious if there was a new routine for squadron changes on a carrier.
Its 1/43 in my game and the VS squadrons are due to disband and be rolled into the VB squadrons. Im half way thru January right now and it hasnt happened the Carriers have been in port sence 1/4/43. Is it the same rutitne as WitP where you just wait and pray, or did they need to be in port on the first?

Th VS squadrons are set to disband in March 43. If you look at the upper left hand corner of the air unit screen, the date of withdraw is shown.

Carriers had to be in a port big enough (7+) or having Naval HQ (IIRC?)

I don't think that thread indicated a bug that needed fixing. I think John Dillworth was putting a VS unit on Wasp that shouldn't have been there, and that was screwing up the ship. I haven't seen anything that would indicate that taking the VS unit off then resizing everyone won't work.
I assume it will re-size to 36 Wildcats, 36 SBDs, and 18 TBDs for a large USN CV. (and 30/30/15 for wasp)

There was a bug in the code that triggered Jan 1, 43 to eliminate VS squadrons and resize VB squadrons. It was old code from WitP that we missed when redoing things. The squadrons started the process (and a message went into the ops report), but didn't finish it. The real withdraw/resize date is March 43. It's been fixed for patch 2.
