hi guys
was trying to play TLD in an OP that i created. i cant get past the 1st map or even started against a multiplayer opponent. we get a "file campaign has too many weapons defined" error mesage just after we pick our BG teams and go to the map for setup on verville sur mer.
the BG's we were using were the 7/3 canadian inf and the 2/FJ Reg 6. we then went in and changed the german BG to the 919/709 inf and the same thing happened.
we both can play the OP against the AI and all is well.
whats the deal with that???

Is the game stock or have you edited any files?

It is basically an error message that pops up if you have incorrectly modded the game

no we didnt edit any files. its the stock game with the scenario editer. i cant imagine what i did thats not right?? i kept it real basic.

I was playing Steiner on this. Between us, we cannot fathom the problem. And, no to your question....everything is as it came with the game

You both have the same versions of the game installed?


Do you both get the error message?

OK settled

You are both running different versions of the game.

Both of you update to the v5.50.03b  patch

Then install this little map fix
