I am a newbie to AE (though nt WITP).

Any ideas on what to do with allied production?[&:]

Just as in WITP, the Allies cannot change their production. All they can do is repair damaged industry, which for the Chinese is probably not worthwhile because it costs 1000 supply per industry point repaired.
