Error message when using the editor Version 1.07

Access violation at address 005127F8 in module 'EiANW.exe'.Write of address FCFE3F49.
When trying to alter current and maximum factors within the editor version 1.07 the above error message appears ?[&:]

Hi Marshall,
It happens to all Land & sea,It has altered all my tweeks to a saved scenario 1792-1815 the discription and date are for my own scenario,but all the factors have reverted to the stock campaign 1805-1815 for all Nations weird?
