ECM status in scan results (possible bug)

Something I noticed just recently during a campaign and have now tested on a random map:
A titan with active ECM will indicate active ECM for scanned targets, even when the target doesn't have ECM installed. The initial (automatically displayed after scan) scan-results are fine, but re-accessing them through F6 or by clicking on the locked-target scanner circle yields different results.
Deactivating ECM on the scanning titan, then re-scanning and re-accessing the results again correctly displays N/A for the ECM-less titan.
I have included a .zip-file containing two save-files made during my test. Due to the upload-restrictions, it is "scanecm.txt", to be renamed to scanecm.zip or decompressed by a program that doesn't care about the extension.
I am running a relatively recent install of the freeware-version on a Windows XP system. It has been kept up-to-date with the v1.2.2 patches, using b32 at the time of the test.
If there is any other information I should provide, please let me know.
