Experienced Opponent wanted

I love the game and I am looking for a new opponent. I would like someone very experienced in the game. I have played dozens of PBEM and know the system well. I am not saying I am good, but I have played extensively and have found that if you do not know the game your are in trouble. The game has a few holes, which experienced players can exploit even vs other experienced players. Willing to play either side.
