While im not PBEMing or down the pub i thought i would have a go at Trey's Germany BAOR 1990 scenario which i find quite nostalgic as i was part of this formation in 1990 serving with the Royal Engineers,im playing against the AI strong inteligence with an advantage.BTW im playing as NATO

Well here goes 06.00hrs 5th may 1990 WP forces cross the WestGerman border and engage NATO's ArmdCav screen,Bunderswher and British Army forces move into position

The British 11th Armd Bde heads towards Hannover to assist WG forces

T2 WP forces push on the German 24th PzrBn makes a heroic stand but is cut off in the process,British and WestGerman reinforcements head for the river weser and beyond,the ArmdCav screen takes a beating but is slowing the WP spearheads down

NATO T3 several ArmdCav units evaped as WP Tank and MR units push on however in the south WestGerman forces are getting into position the 4th PzrGren is around Gottingen while further north is the 1st PzrGren Bde

WP T4 Soviet Airbourne units drop just east of the weser,NATO troops rush to secure the bridges over the weser river as the soviet 237th and 234th AbnRegt's drop in cutting off the British 11th Armd Bde and some West German units aroun Hannover

NATO T5 Soviet Abn units continue to cut supply lines however NATO units hit back and evap several units,turn5 also saw the 11th PzrGren Bn destroyed along with a PzrBn that was cut off the ArmCav units are still in the fight and continue to slow the Soviet juggernaught

NATO T6 Arty hits multiple targets as British and WestGerman forces battle against Soviet Airbourne troops,Hannover is overrun although NATO holds the bridges over the river Leine on the outskirts of the city.Belgian I Corps begins to arrive
