Please help on two problem:

1. How can I view the .shp file (icon file) externally ? I mean with
some sort of program and how I can convert the. bmp file to those . shl files (I want to present some units in this format for my country).

2. Where can I get the Mega Campaign: Lost Victories Army Group South '41 ? And how it cost ?

You can order the Lost Victories Mega Campaign via the Matrix store or through one of it's distributors.
As for the shp files I'm pretty sure that photoshop and paintshop will do the job, I'll check on compatibility issues.

Gavris here is the info I promised on the *.shp files. Probably the only one out there, at least that I know of, is Fred Chlanda's Shpedit. This program allows you to view, extract to a bmp, and replace icons within the shp files. You must also have a paint program like Paintshop Pro, or comparable, to then work on the bmp's.
