Production and Plane assignment

I am producing an excess of FW-190Fs in a campaign and I am interested in ascertaining whether or not this excess of FW-190Fs ( currently over 100 in the pool and only about 20 planes lost ) will enable me to switch non-fighter-bomber groups over to the FW-190Fs?
E.g. Will I ever have the option of switching ordinary Bf-109 and Fw-190A fighter groups to use the FW-190F if I produce enough of them?
I remember being told earlier that if one produced enough FW-190s then even Axis Allies who normally can't upgrade to the 190 would, eventually, get that option.
