No LW Pilot Replacements in Avalanche?

Okay, so I'm a masochist [:)], but I'm playing the Germans in the Avalanche scenario. It's day 16 and my gruppen are down from 30+ pilots initially to 17-18 at best. Are there any replacements forthcoming?

Seriously, that does sound strange. There should be some kind of replacement pool. But I could be mistaken. Havnt played the Luftwaffe yet.
