I loved Armada 2525. It was so long ago though so I am looking forward to a much updated version. Hopefully this one will have a better userinterface sicne 2525 got very tedious for production during the later stages.
Long live the Capaduchi! Death to Star X!

What was the premise and/or backstory for 2525, anyway? (It was released about five years before I really started getting into strategy gaming, so I never played the original.)

Ashbery76, was commenting on the game year time of the two game titles. ("2525 and 2526" are one year apart in game time.) I think it might of been his way of showing a dislike of the game title. :)

Well though i live buy the adage, dont pay for what you can get free, I have been so excited for this game I even pre-ordered it rather then just pirating it. Now I know im evil but I always buy a game if it was worth my hard earned money and I dont even have to play this one to know it is.
