Japanese mini-subs are a cool little "chrome" unit in Witp, but what is the best use for them? I'm playing the Guadalcanal scenario vs AI (part of my 'learning curve' climb [;)]), and I've recaptured Lunga with enough supply to be eligable to build some mini subs. How useful are these little suckers? I'm tempted to build them just for the novelty factor anyway [8D], but are they just as ineffective as in real life? How do all you experienced players use them?

I have used them 9 times so far in a GC against the AI. Not one has done anything [:)] I have decided to keep trying until I hit something just for the hell of it.
