There was a question which appeared in the mains about the VS squadrons disbanding in 1943. There seemed to be a problem with the squadron disbanding, and the VB squadron not resizing. When I took a look at the editor, all of the pre- and early-war VS squadrons were shown as a disband, but no resize was listed in the VB squadrons. Is this a hard-coded event, or is there something else that happens to restore the VBs to a useful size?

It did change fine for me after couple of turns in big port (PH and Sydney). 

There is code to handle the CV group changes as in stock by creating the resize stuff when the game is started, but we think that it conflicting with the editor settings for these groups.
The original intent was to remove the hard-coded stuff, which will be happening in patch2.
I am currently looking at how the VS/VB/VBF combination works within the normal group withdraw/disband code using the group settings as recorded in the editor.
