Can Units Change HQ's?

with in reason, just the admin cost of doing so
if that is what you mean
you only want a Corps, or Army or Group/Front to have so many units attached to them, but you can over load those too if you want to
(really don't want to)

I love to keep my organizion in tack. Your allowed 300 Admin points (AP's) to start and 50 a turn (as is). Every function (transfer) costs. So you need to balance what you do...

Can Corps be deactivated or reactivated? I am imagining more towards the end of the war when the Germans are getting decimated.
Likewise will Korps Abtielungs be availble circa 1943/44?

you may also need units to change HQs in order to ensure they are in reasonable range of an HQ.... your armor can end up quite far from their HQ after a rapid advance.
