We found out there is a problem with the USSR production. If they goto war with any minor power they get full war production. In our other pbem we have not allowed the russians to goto war with anyone before 42 wich is not a very good compromise.

Has anyone else calculated the extra point the USSR gets. We totaled the differance of a nuteral USSR vs. USSR at war with the Fin's at 2,000 more pp's by June 1940.

I'm of the opinion that major power WE should only rise if they are at war with another major power.

THX< your numbers mirror ours. Is there any chance to modify USSR production limited vs. total war?
Hard to tell how the small differences in pp's will affect the over all balance in a PBEM game.
