cant undo last move with drop-down or ctrl-U

any help?

If you are playing in PBEM mode you can't - it stops an opponent seeking out your hidden units and playing around them.
Also with FoW options selected in Normal Mode you can't.

If you are playing against the AI, switch to a non fog of war option to enable the "undo" option.
