My credit card shows three charges for the game. One yesterday when I bought it and two hit today. Who do I write and what info do they need?

That's certainly not normal. Please contact our Help Desk, we'll want your order number and as much info on the charges as you can give us so that we can make sure things are kosher. The only thing that comes to mind is that there is usually a "pre-authorization" before the actual charge and some banks are slow about clearing the pre-authorization, so it can sometimes look like a double charge even though we only receive money once.
