Recently bought a new pc and am in process of re-installing my software. I was lax in registering most of my Matrix games. I am trying to rectify that by using the online registration function Matrix offers. It shows what games i have registered. Some of my games when i type in ser # it says key already used. I have tried using matrix help desk but have only recieved an automated response saying someone would look into my issue., but have not gotten any further feedback. If someone connected with Matrix could contact me it would be appreciated

Best person to contact is Erik Rutins. He's quite clever and loves solving problems and likes to look after customers.

You can find his contact details here

The proper thing to do is open a ticket with the Help Desk Matrix created for issues like this. You will find it if you click on Support at the top of the page.

In my years of being here, I hear nothing about complaints when apparently going through the righ channels. Erik is approachable and does everything to help out.

He may not like me saying that as his inbox gets filled, but then the support process needs fixing at Matrix. I've never had to use it, but in my years of being here, I've read many, many posts of people trying to get support through the channels and being apparently ignored (NB I know they are not)...but something is going by the wayside, and it's normally the request for support!

You're unlikely to get much of a response before Monday simply because we are shut down as a company for Thanksgiving, which is a pretty major holiday here in the US. The most likely reason your keys would be used is if you previously registered some of them under a different Members Club login. The Help Desk can generally resolve that in a few days with our Members Club admin. I would try that route first, if you don't get a satisfactory resolution then by all means please contact me. I try to make sure no one slips through the cracks, but I am human and quite overloaded this time of year so I also don't want to become too much of a bottleneck.
