Hi,
When I start game during first screen loading (setting sail) game crashes with information "fatal error 200"
This happened after second game/windows installation. (first it was OK)
WitP is running normally.
I'm using Windows 7.
Regards.

Just as in stock (WITP) fatal error XYZ essentially means your installation is invalid and you need to reinstall. If you've never been able to install and run the game - then perhaps there are some operating system security settings that will need to be changed. This was the case with "Vista" anyway. A number of people had installation errors and had to learn how to adjust their OS settings to enable to game to install and run. Most of the development team run on XP so we do not have a lot of experience with other operating systems - but usually other players can come help if needed.

I have Windows 7. I installed the game a few months ago, and it worked fine. When I decided to pick up my saved game, I got the "fatal error 200" thing. It is not a system security settings problem, as I'm running exactly the same system on the same computer.

Reinstalling won't be a problem, but should I decide to play pbem it might be.

I can't think of a likely scenario in which playing a PBEM would result in an error=200 where not playing a PBEM would result in no error. Thus it is possible there are more variables in this case. Perhaps getting a virus from the PBEM activities could have this effect - but I would consider that to be extremely unlikely.

A reinstall is the indicated solution.
