I don't know if this has been brought up before or not. Call me an idiot and ignore if so.

I tried to pickup troops by air transport from Kunming. Because all the LCU at Kunming were restricted, it would not let me {I was trying to pick up from Lashio}. The Pickup Troops button is missing until the Transport Troops button is clicked and the destination is clicked. It seems that the computer thinks you are trying to send restricted troops out of their area {because you cannot click pickup troops till a destination is set and it defaults to transport troops, selecting one of the LCU at the base the transporting plane is at}.

The only workaround I found is to spend the PPs to change one of the LCUs to an unrestricted HQ and select that LCU for transport, select destination and then change to Pickup Troops. Annoying to spend the PPs to do this.

you can set kumming as destinaion of a supply transport. than change to pick up.

but keep in advice that after patch 2 you cannot pick up rescricted LCU with unrestricted air transport

Yes I agree why would this change. Only works when transferring to a base of same restricted command so should be no conflict.
