Is the the political orientation of neutral an option that is moddable?
I'm aware of the possiblity of Firm Democracy, Pro-Allied, Pro-Axis, Pro-Comintern, Comitern Regime and Nationalist Regime orientations....
Is it possible to model a true neutral orientation?
