No official tutorial is available as yet, but you can try my video tutorials which I've just started...

Been looking for the tutorial, which did NOT download when I bought this game. Meaning it was NOT in the zip file that installed the game!!!! where is it? is it available to dling from this site?

There is NO tutorial.
The tutorial is mentioned in the game's manual, however the devs had not created the tutorial scenario.

I think it was more like - "ran out of time and money to do the tutorial". This game turned out to be a much larger undertaking that originally envisioned and research of the units/ships/locations involved took years.
