The old WITP manual included with AE has slot numbers and what should go there but doesn't tally with AE.

This is what I've "identified":

0001 - 0098 Japanese HQs
0099 - 0215 Allied HQs
0216 - 1535 Industry / Resource / Bases
1536 - 2036 ???
2037 - 2349 Japanese TO&E
2350 - 2899 Allied TO&E
2900 - 2944 RESERVED
2945 - 3005 ???
3006 - 4931 Japanese Units
4932 - 4986 Stronger Japanese Scenario Units
4987 - 4988 RESERVED
4989 - 4999 More Japanese Units
5000 - 7839 Allied Units
7839 - 7933 Convoys
7934 - 7941 US EAB Units <-- ???
7942 - 7949 Convoys
7950 - 7989 Allied Invasion Reinforcements <-- ???
7990 - 7999 RESERVED

Are these slot ranges correct and what about the units in slots 7934-6941 and 7950-7989. Are those required to be in those slots?

Why not check the editor manual for AE?

1536-1735 (so far) seem to work as base slots
