Ning the Balearic Sea is a frozen zone so if you got there by mistake and can't pull out I think it would be fair you start again because the US unfreezes even if it doesn't get the WR boost it's going to be extrange game, no boost hey I don't like that...

I have managed to redo the move so it is still frozen.
So don't need to restart[;)]
