Yesterday when I expanded A6M2 Zero factory on Industry Management screen,I noticed that expanding the factory cost nothing.
I know expanding a factory on base screen will cost supply, heavy industry and manpower,so I believe there is a bug on Industry Management.

This seems to be true, did a quick test under the latest patch ...

I encountered this too, and it seems to be an issue with different types of industry as well. I spent a while expanding my Naval and Merchant shipyards through the industry screen expand controls, and it wasn't until it let an expansion occur where the supply total was too low that I noticed it was all for free (manpower was unchanged from turn start).

It's a shame because the industry screen is much nicer for doing a lot of expanding than going to the individual base screens. I hope it gets fixed!

now that´s a great bug then, makes it quite easy for the Japanese to completely outproduce the Allied then... this and at least three other major bugs at the moment make me think it was a pretty bad idea to start a PBEM already... thought two patches along with the hotfixes would be enough and in WITP it was, but I guess AE is just too complex... [:(]

edit: just saw this bug is fixed in the next hotfix, so at least then it will cost something... hoping my opponent hasn´t increased everything by 20 by then...

It should be fixed but it is not entirely for free. fixing still costs 1000 supply, and 1000 supply is a lot....

Jeez CT, it gives the Japanese a 9% discount on production increases (at least until the next patch). Give the poor JFBs a break [:D]
