oops - posted in the wrong area of Armada Forum - reposted to the tech forum.

Gents -

When doing combat either in the tutorial or the special "space battles" button, the combat screen locks up, any menus or display boxes do not collapse or minimize. Seems like a video confilict, am open to any suggestions.

I have a Nvidea Geforce 9500GT.

Known Nvidia bug with some cards. You have to turn graphics to minimum until the patch comes out.

Well, try turning only "Shadow" to minimum -- that fixed it for me.

I turned "Shadow" to a minimum, and combat seems to work just fine. Thank you for your prompt and informative response.

I know that the Devs are hard at it - and am confident that this will be addressed in the upcoming patch. Am grateful to be able to play.
