Hello,

Just downloaded the game. Before I patch up, should I use 1.02 or the 1.02b from the members area?
Also, I'm a big fan of mods. I have used simovitch's mods before in other titles and really like them. Can I use his latest with the new patch?
Also, should I use the BTR side art fix from 10\23\09 ?
Any other recomended mods would be apreciated

Use the official patch. The exe is identical, but the readme has some corrections. No biggie, but it's official.

Art mods should not be an issue, though there is some art with swastikas available in the patch that a mod may not have. I'm not 100% on that one.

The art with the patch should override the side-art fix.

Ron has a new order of battle planned shortly - start off with the short campaigns, and start a long one when Ron finishes his OB.

Generally speaking, OB changes are a one-shot deal, you must restart your campaign for them to take effect, but exec changes are transparent. Sometimes though, I slip in an exec change that only takes effect if you restart the camp. I try not to do this, but it's not always possible.

Thanks for the fast reply. I had bought the old Talonsoft discs, but never loaded them while I got around to buying this one. I used to play the old AH Luftwaffe game.

My Dad was a member of the 303rd Bomb Group, 358th Bomb Squadron, so I've always been interested in the air war.

If you installed my proportional aircraft mod before the official patch, you will need to reload it after installing the patch.

This will in no way effect the "Historical Graphics" mods that come with the new patch.[:)]

and yea, overwrote mine when I was testing the installer, I need to go back and re add your mod again
