Serial Number

Hello again,
I received the game as a gift - original box, etc (ver 1.21). and cannot locate the serial number. I have a 19 digit CD number on the CD itself and a 9 digit order ID number. Also is a X-XXXXX-XXXXX-X-US number along the edge of the CD. There is no CD sleevel, and I couldn't find any in the manual. None of these were accepted on the install. Any assistance would be helpful.
