seven and TOAW3: help

I apologize for my bad englisch. I have a new microsoft Seven 32 bit... I cannot load Toaw! When I try to load the system go out: I have a message of incorrect load (in italian: "inattivo"), then all desappeared from the monitor and I cannot close the pc too... Someone have had something as me? help... [:(]
