If you were to add up all the army units load points for the entire Japanese Army including artillery in Manchuria that starts the war, what would the total add up to?

Easy way to count is to export to Excel and let excel total the numbers.

How many AV does the AI have to leave in Manchuria before the Russians are activated.
I'm sure the number is less than 10.
