Matrix Games Forums

Hi i just downloaded HCE from matrix, the game setup no problem but when i try to issue an order to a unit the message window box'(s) dont seem to open fully. I have enclosed a sample screenshot & am running windows vista 32-bit.
Would be gratefull if anyone could help me out
