Does anyone know if the host can change the skip settings set by another player?

Marshall, are you able to change skip settings for our games if we send them to you?

Get someone to declare war on them, that will cancel the skipping [;)]

Actually as a workaround it would be OK. Find a nation not allied, get them to declare war, host refunds the PPs, next turn they make informal peace. No damage done, skipping cancelled.

Yes, it would, but we were caught in the old 1.06 single phase skip bug, and this did not pop up until the reinforcement phase. It is a good idea though.
