Fleets in blockade box upon surrender

Interestingly, former enemy fleets in blockade boxes move into the port they were blockading upon peace, presumably to drink with their former enemies. I don't know if this is a problem or if it is just interesting.

Well they should have three months access so it's probably more a curiosity than an actual issue. Technically once the war ends the blockade box should 'disappear' for the blockading fleet so they should probably move out to sea.

I agree, it is likely more of a curiosity, and you are right it would be better if they went to the sea area. That way they would have a chance to evade or win wind guage if there were still nations with hostile fleets that had not surrendered. It would not matter which sea area that they went to, so the movement to the sea area could be pre-programmed for each port.
