It will be an AAR about my struggle against time and a reall life to take Pearl Harbour in a first week of Feb 1942.

I will post pictures (when I will replace Apple keyboard).

All in All: 2520 AV at PH + 500 AV at Lahaina and 2 other islands.

Supply: Not everbody at PH landing in full Supply as they are not sharing what they got. Different HQ designation.
Supply will be delivered on daily basis by BARGES from LAHAINA (4-5k per day)

Nearly All LCUs including Art set in Reserve mode. They will organize again plus US Artillery wont do much harm.

Today is a first day of my barges making a "Hawaii train" supply run to PH landing. We will see what will happened.

Supply: I have additional 150k loaded on disbanded ships elswhere in the very close proximity of Hawaii.
Fuell: 50k on Tankers at Lahaina and Kona + 80k in a Replenishment TF far away from here (Kwajalein).

Feb 1st 1942,

Not much, I need to deliver 3000 supply to my forces at Pearl.
Ive sent barges, but as barges not landing crafts....
They are at Pearl but not unloading. have not been engaged by CDs either so I dont know if it is going to work.
We will see today.

If not, I will create several transport TFs with small amount of supplies loaded on every AK. I will try to deliver in the night and hopefully not every single ship send there will be sunk by CDs and some will unload and MAYBE some will come back to Lahaina.

Land forces are organizing nicely. Will be ready in 2-3 days. With supply the assault should start in 2 - 3 days.

Some bombing with good escort. All of my fighters were resting doing CAP over my ports at Lahaina and Kona.
Tomorrow, they will LRCAP PH with over 80 zeroes.
I have chosen LRCAP rather than sweep as I want to damage and destroy as many of his fighters as I can before I will start to sweep the base. Escorting Fighters are much easier targets than CAP ones.

However:
He is bombing and escorting and got some CAP in the very same hex too, so it will be very, very interesting to see what will happend tomorrow.
