My CD has a "CD #" and an "Order #", but does not have a Serial # printed on it. I have entered the CD key every which way i can think of and it will not accept it. I just looked at my Battlefront CD and it has the aforementioned numbers AND a Serial # on the CD. The game came with no manual, I do not see anywhere else the Serial # could be printed. What am i missing? [&:] Thanks for your assistance!

OK I just tried PM'ing Erik and his PM mailbox is full. So my earlier PM to him obviously failed. In all honesty, I don't know how the serial number is provided. I leave that side of things to Matrix. I'll contact someone else there and ask them to respond to you.

Thanks Arjuna and SeanD, but i am still here with this prob. I submitted a help issue, but the 1st response has not been helpful. The issue is very simple but people are thinking i have a prob running the game, when the prob is i cannot install the game. I just tried again and i am prompted specifically for a "serial" number, of which i do not see anywhere. Not on the CD, not on a sticker inside the box, on a manual(that isnt present), etc, ive looked on all of the usual places and do not see one. As i mentioned, i looked at my Battlefront CD which has a "CD" number and a "serial" #. I am curious why this CD does not have a serial # but only a CD #. I bought the game from NWS which is an excellent source, and the game was totally new/sealed. The fact is i do not have a serial # to give the installer. This is a legit copy of the game, so what is the deal?

Are there any numbers printed on your CD? Perhaps some sort of order number or lot number? If so could you please PM any numbers appearing on the CD to me. I will try to look up your key that way.

The copy you ordered is legitimate - the problem you're experiencing is due to a printer error. I apologize for this inconvenience but we'll get this all sorted out for you.
