Re-Downloads

Support is usually quite quick but they haven't answered my question in a (for them) very long time so I'm hoping one of you may know? Basically, my hard drive failed and my "Chariots" game went with it. I should have at least four downloads left since I only downloaded once but I haven't been able to figure out how. Can someone walk me thru this?

PS - I have registered the game with MATRIX.

Try loioking up your order at www.findmyorder.com - this is where all Digital River orders are stored and that is the system both Slitherine & Matrix use.

Thanks but I may be out of luck. Not sure what that "extended download service" I purchased from MATRIX was supposed to do. I no longer have the order number and my credit card has changed a few times since the order so I don't know the last five. Digital River provides no way to by-pass this info and simply send them an e-mail. I was enjoying the game and planned a lot more playing time but I'm not buying it again (as much as you folks might like that [:D] ).

You'll need to wait for Erik or someone from Matrix then. They can look up your order using your e-mail address but the order is in their system if you ordered from them so we can't see it. I'd log a tech support issue - not sure how you do that though!

Thanks again. I already tried the "help desk" and they are usually quite fast but this one fell thru the cracks. Thinking back, I may have neglected to mark a 1-5 priority and the system sent it to never never land. I already have sent a new issue asking what you stated (I must be a mind reader [8D]) - I could have avoided all of this if I wasn't so darn disorganized. I KNOW I made a hard copy but where it is at is anybody's guess.
