AI suggestion

Can you look into the problem of the AI surrounding its own troops.
They don't leave an open hex to retreat. Hence they alway fill the open hex every turn.
All you have to do is attack it with good odds and the unit surrenders or is destroyed.
You can exploit this pretty good.
One problem I have is in Africa. The Brits keep surrounding me. I have no choice but to attack.
I just wittle down the British Unit every turn making the AI waste PP's.
If I do not attack, my back is up against the Ocean. I have no place to retreat and could be forced to surrender when the AI attacks me on the next turn.
Next time I will try to get a snapshot.
