I'm playing a game vs the AI. I am the British and the US. The US has researched Nuclear Weapons to the level of 101.

When do nuclear bombs start appreaing in my arsenal?

By "level 101" you mean progress (there is only one level of nuclear technology to research). I looked into consts.csv of most scenarios, in all of them there is value 800 as max progress for nuclear weapon, and this is when you will get nuclear.
