You can choose any of the Full Campaign stock scenarios other than #10.

Allied Damage Control is "On"
Realistic R&D is “On”
No Unit Withdrawals is “Off”
Reliable USN Torpedoes is “Off”.
The Japanese chooses all other options and preferences. No HR.

There, I think I spelled it out. Any of you at the top of your Japanese game?

I doubt if anyone would claim to be the 'best' Japanese player on the Forum.  There are a lot of GOOD players who truly enjoy the joy and pain of playing Dai Nippon!
