Bavaria - Player Controlled Scenario?

When you select to play this scenario there is no slot for you to set Bavaria's handicap, player name, or Human-Computer Status... so how can you play as them?

Nevermind. It replaces Sweden... It would be nice if the interface changed the flag and name to make it easier on me though.

Any change in major power always substitute Sweden, and use Swedish colors and flags.
