installed update getting serial error

I just installed the update for this game ( I know longtime coming) but I am getting an error code 200 and told to contact matrix games
Can you try re-installing the 3.2 patch (right-click and do run as administrator if on Vista/Windows 7)?ORIGINAL: selc

If that doesn't work, can you try uninstalling and re-installing the game and 3.2 patch (right-click and do run as administrator if on Vista/Windows 7)?
If that doesn't work, you'll have to email support@matrixgames.com on that one, I'm afraid. The encryption algorithm was changed between release and the 3.2 patch, and it sounds like something didn't take when applying the patch and it didn't convert the serial number to the encrypted format.
