game doing odd things?

perhaps I corrupted it?
I can save games butthey do not load, only the autosave loads, and the Red army caused an infiniate loop n their first attack after Barb... I added a map and unit mod, but may have screwwed up the game.. should I reinstall?

Send me one of saves that does not work (archived, to bleck[at]wastelands-interactive[dot]com). What exactly is happening when you are trying to load saved game? If game crashes, please post here few last lines from ConsoleOut.txt generated right after crash.

I need whole folder named as your save. Go to ToWs root directory, then data\save, and there should be all your saves. Pick the one that does not work, archive it to .zip or .rar file if you know how, and attach this archive to mail.
If game crashed, do not start it again - first go to ToWs root directory and open ConsoleOut.txt using notepad. Scroll to the bottom of file and let me know what was in last few lines. Or simply also attach whole this file to the mail.

OK, I had some issues sending the folders to you.. will work on this either later tonight or in the am...one file would not pass the checks email did and would not add the nthe hold email locked up... in US we have idiomatic expression ; " when it rains, it pours" meaning sometime bad things happen all together! So thanks again fo rbeing willing to look a this issue, I am thinking about a pbem game

ok, I am sure the culprit is UE, user error as I placed a scenario form a mod showing folder xmod scen 1939.. not sure if I was to place it as folder .. or copy contenets.. either way seems to screw up the game.. I was after removing game and reinstalling up to HF1.7 able to access my saves, unfortunately since I was using autosave as sg function was hinky, I lost my work. BUT that game was pretty much over as a massive German army was preparingto roll over an unprepared ai army in USSR.. well.. fun game not on to pbem land
