Where to download mods?

Where can I download the mods? Is there a place to read about the different modding download options?

Strange -- somehow I missed this. (And 445 or so other visitors didn't have an answer?!?) In case you're still out there, I think the problem might be that you have your account set to show only recent threads. If you set it to "All Topics" or "365 Days" I think you'll see a lot of threads with info on mods.
